accept any and all responsibility for information, representations,
products, or services described or made available on their Web Site.

for rent, sale, lease, or joint venture of any of the Storefronts/Web
Sites on the PA-EMall is prohibited. This is considered to be in
direct conflict with PA-Emall merchants.

The PA-EMall makes no representations or claims, and offers no guarantees
or warranties, specific or implied, regarding any products or services
offered by the PA-EMall merchants.

The PA-EMall does not condone nor support any type of abuse of the
Internet, whether through spam of email, or Usenet, etc. The PA-Emall
will tolerate no such abuse.

the PA-EMall strives to be a business and/or family oriented site
we are absolutely opposed to censorship on the Internet. We will
advise interested businesses of other sites to contact that may
better suit your needs.

Any inappropriate information will be disallowed. The PA-EMall reserves
the right to reject any Store Front Web site or Classified Ads based
on content. Pornography or sexually oriented graphics or content
will not be accepted by the PA-Emall. Other questionable materials
not acceptable to the PA-EMall include but are not limited to; illegal
drug items, bomb-building and other explosives, computer espionage,
sedition, Satan worship, terrorism, cultism, racism, sexism, etc.

Storefronts shall not exceed a 20 mg of space. However, additional
space can be acquired for $10 per year for each additional meg.
